Interview with Eve Records and Stefano Lo Presti

Who is involved with the running of the label? There are two of us running EVE records, myself and Pablo Gargano. I am responsible for the day to day running of the company: dealing with the licenses, the pressing, promotion and general money problems. Pablo is responsible for the A & R, he is also the main artist on the label. I am also Pablo’s manager for other projects outside EVE.

When was the label started and why? The label was started in May 1995. Our first release came out in September of 95. We started EVE because we thought it would help Pablo’s career to have another outlet for his productions. He also records for Metropolitan Music.
